With the holidays comes an exciting array of new vegan drinks at Starbucks. Howevercoffee chains aren’t the only places serving up special holiday treats. We’ve rounded up 10 restaurants, cafes and bakeries from around the country that debuted special holiday-themed menu items, prix fixe menus and mail-order meals to ensure that no matter what part of the country you’re in, holiday treats are within reach. 1. Millenium in Oakland, California

Millennium Restaurant has rolled out a festive menu full of winter delights like Potato & Pumpkin Vadas, Shaved Puntarelle & Fuyu Persimmon Salad, Seared Chestnut Polenta Cake, and gorgeous dessert offerings including Sweet Potato Pecan Pie, Calville Apple Cobbler, and Pear Upside Down Cake. Starters run from $6-$14, while mains top out at $24 and desserts cost between $7.50 to $20.00.

You can find Millennium at 5912 College Ave, Oakland, CA 94618 Monday-Thursday from 5:30pm – 9:30pm, Friday-Saturday from 5:30pm – 10:00pm, and Sundays for brunch from 10:30am – 2:00pm and dinner from 5:30pm – 9:00pm. Millennium Restaurant is closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

2. The Chicago Diner in Chicago, Illinois

The Chicago Diner has put out their seasonal specials menu, including a hearty Shepherd’s Pie, Lasagna and a new flavor of their famous milkshakes: Pumpkin Pie. You can grab their delectable starters for $8-$9, mains from $9-$14, and drinks, including cocoa and milkshakes, from $6-$8.50.

The diner has two locations in Halstead at 3411 N. Halsted St., Chicago, IL 60657 and Logan Square at 2333 N. Milwaukee Ave., Chicago, IL 60647. Both locations are open Monday-Thursday from 11am-10pm, Friday 11am – 11pm, Saturday 10am – 11pm and Sunday 10am-10pm. Their holiday hours are: Christmas Eve: 10am – 4pm, Christmas Day (Monday): closed, Dec. 26: 10am – 10pm, New Year’s Eve: 10am – 4pm, New Year’s Day: closed and Jan. 2: 10am – 10pm.

3. Fare Well in Washington, D.C.

Fare Well is offering a selection of holiday cocktails and a seasonal dessert crisp as well as a holiday cookie tin from their bakery. Cocktails are $12, dessert is $8, and the cookie tins are $30.00.

You can find them at 406 H St. NE Washington, DC 20002 Monday-Friday from 8am – 10:30pm and Saturday-Sunday from 9am-10:30pm. Fare Well has not posted its holiday hours.

4. Hip City Veg in Washington, D.C. and Philadelphia

HipCityVeg has debuted a number of winter holiday treats, including a Merry Mint Chocolate Shake, Vegan Hot Chocolate, Snickerdoodle cookies, and Quinoa Chili. Prices of these limited edition menu items are not disclosed.

You can find them in Washington, D.C. at 712 7 St. NW, Washington, D.C. 20001 Monday-Sunday from 11am-10pm and in Philadelphia at 121 South Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107 Monday-Friday from 7am-8pm and Saturday-Sunday from 8am-8pm, at 214 S 40 Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104 Monday-Sunday from 11am-11pm, and at 127 S 18 Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103 Monday-Sunday from 10am-10pm. At present, HipCityVeg’s holiday hours have not been posted.

In-house sweets include Gingerbread Cupcakes, Peppermint Brownies and Merry Cran + Ginger Muffins. Cupcakes are $3.50-$4.00, brownies are $3.50 and muffins are $2.25. Mail-order treats include a Sticky Fingers Holiday Cookie Tin featuring a pound of the bakery’s Sugar, Mini Chocolate Chip, Phat Mint, Ginger and Thumbprint cookies. The in-house treats range in price from, and the mail-order cookie tin is $30.00

You can find Sticky Fingers Bakery at 1370 Park Rd NW Washington DC 20010 Tuesday-Thursday from 8am-8pm, Friday from 8am-9pm, Saturday from 9am-9pm, and Sunday from 9am-8pm. Sticky Fingers Bakery is open from 9am-4pm on Christmas Eve, from 9am-5pm on New Years Eve, and is closed Christmas Day and New Years Day.

7. Counter Culture in Austin, Texas

Counter Culture is offering holiday meals to go, with scrumptious offerings like Glazed Seitan “Ham,” Cauliflower Gratin, Corn Pudding and Sticky Toffee Pudding. One meal is $22 and feeds one person, and desserts cost an extra $6-$7.50.

You can find Counter Culture at 2337 East Cesar Chavez Street, Austin, TX 78702, where they are open Monday-Sunday from 11am-10pm. Counter culture closes at 7pm Christmas Eve, reopens December 27 and is open with limited hours from 11am-5pm on New Years Day.

8. Red Lentil Vegetarian Restaurant in Watertown, Massachusetts

Red Lentil Vegetarian Restaurant is offering a 3-course vegan prix fixe menu with wine included on Christmas Eve, with delicious dishes like Sweet Potato Cauliflower Soup, Sage Pecan Sausage Wellington, and Crème Brûlée. The meal is $40 per person.

Red Lentil Restaurant can be found at 600 Mount Auburn Street, Watertown, Massachusetts, 02472. They are open Monday-Thursday from 11am-9:30pm, Friday 11am-10pm, Saturday 9am-10pm and Sunday 9am-9:30pm. Red Lentil Restaurant is open Christmas Eve for dinner, but has not disclosed its Christmas Day and New Years hours.

Walnut Grille is offering a vegan-friendly vegetarian Christmas Eve Buffet featuring delights like Gobi Manchurian, Tofu Tikka Masala, Sweet Potato Mash and Santa Chocolate Ice Cream. The buffet is $29.99 per person.

You can find the Walnut Grille at 1203 Walnut Street, Newton Highlands, MA 02461 where they are open Monday-Friday from 11am-10pm and Saturday-Sunday from 9am-3pm. They have not yet posted their Christmas hours.

10. Radio Room in Portland, Oregon

Radio Room in Portland, Oregon is serving up a tasty Christmas brunch and dinner menu complete with vegan-friendly dishes like Thai Pumpkin Soup, Stuffed Portabella, Tempeh Sausage and Polenta and Poached Pear. Soups and salads are $6-$9, mains are $17, brunch dishes are $13 and dessert is $8.

13. Crossroads in Los Angeles, California

The Los Angeles-based restaurant Crossroads offers a fall menu, where you can get everything from Butternut Squash Pizza for $15, or the Kabocha Squash Ravioli with oregano cream and harissa toasted pumpkin seeds for $19.
