  • 1/4 cup sweet potato, cooked and mashed
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • vegan marshmallow (optional)

  1. In a pot over medium heat, add all of the ingredients.
  2. Bring to a low simmer, then pour into a high-speed blender.
  3. Blend on high until smooth. Pour into mugs, top with marshmallows or whipped cream and enjoy.
