But that’s wrong.
Eating plant-based dishes doesn’t mean you have to become a chef. On the contrary, cooking with veggie-centric ingredients is quite easy. Before I was started eating plant-based, I used to skip breakfast all the time except on the weekends. Then I would go to the local diner and indulge in a big breakfast filled with meat, eggs, and cheese.
