Sprouts are great for your health, and they add a nice, crisp flavor on top of food. If you’re more of a person who enjoys sprouts cooked a bit, you can add them in at the last minute or so of cooking to get them a bit more soft. The good news is that you can start sprouting on your own at home; you can sprout lentils, chickpeas, and alfalfa seeds. You can do a lot with sprouts, and here’s an entire meal plan on the best ways to enjoy them. Feel free to enjoy sprouts throughout the day, but for a sweet treat, we’ve included some desserts that are made with sprouts and others that would add an extra nutritional boost and be a sweet treat for the end of the day.
