Inn By the Sea is an upscale hotel in the coastal town of Cape Elizabeth, Maine. The hotel has a restaurant called Sea Glass, which is offering a family-style Thanksgiving dinner, and we are so excited about the plant-based options on their menu this year!

Start with some mixed nuts and olives, and a bowl of creamy butternut squash soup with chai chantilly and toasted pumpkin seeds. Next, order the beet salad with with quinoa and citrus, and then enjoy the hasselback butternut squash entrée with a side of wild rice and oat stuffing, carrot osso buco, and roasted root vegetables.

For sides, try the crushed carrots and turnips and whiskey and apple-glazed sweet potatoes. The Press Hotel in Portland, Maine is serving up multiple plant-based options this Thanksgiving at their restaurant located in the hotel, called Union. Chow down on vegan fare like smoked squash stuffed with wild rice and tempeh and the vegan salads and soups. For your sweet tooth, order a lemon sorbet topped with fig chutney for dessert.

Stop by anytime between 9:00 AM until 8:00 PM on Thanksgiving day to indulge in an Arizona Thanksgiving buffet! The vegetarian dinner is only $18, compared to the turkey dinner, which is $22.

4. Stanford Inn by the Sea, California

Stanford Inn by the Sea is an Eco-resort located right on the beach in Monterrey, California. The inn is actually 100 percent vegan throughout the entire year, and this Thanksgiving their award-winning restaurant, The Ravens, is offering a Thanksgiving dinner for guests.

To start, hotel stayers can indulge in a leek, shallot, sun-dried tomato frittata, a garden minestrone soup with white beans, and a grilled trumpet royale salad. For an entrée, guests have the option between encrusted tofu, a harvest tamale, and a wild mushroom and shallot strudel. Desserts like pumpkin pie with coconut whipped cream, apple cobbler, and chocolate trifle parfait are being offered, too! This year on Thanksgiving, the Veg Society of DC is holding their annual Thanksgiving event in the Hyatt Regency in Bethesda. The menu is 100 percent vegan, and consists of decadent entrées such as lentil shepherd’s pie with smashed potatoes and wild mushroom gravy, quinoa stuffed acorn squash, cauliflower fritters, sweet and sour meatballs, and much more.

For sides, guests can indulge in traditional comfort food like cornbread stuffing, collard greens, and roasted golden beets with warm maple mustard dressing. For dessert, there will be a make-your-own ice cream sundae bar, as well as mini pumpkin pies with soy whipped cream. The menu also offers gluten-free items such as curried pumpkin soup, and kale Brussels sprout caesar slaw with pine nut Parmesan. This year for Thanksgiving, the Holiday Inn French Quarter in Perrysburg, Ohio, is dishing out some plant-based options for hotel guests to enjoy. Options include California medley vegetables, cranberry apple pecan wild rice pilaf, tossed salad, cucumber salad, and assorted artisan rolls. 7. Portola Hotel and Spa, Monterey

Portola Hotel and Spa at Monterey Bay is holding a Thanksgiving feast for guests, and we were surprised to learn about all the plant-based fair that will be offered! Plant eaters can indulge in the fall harvest, raw roasted, marinated vegetables, roasted acorn squash with pumpkin seeds and pomegranate, as well as Brussels sprouts and cauliflower. For dessert, feel free to try some fall harvest fruits. If you can’t make it to Monterey, try this roasted Acorn Squash Stuffed With Quinoa and Mushroom Pilaf.

8. Rosen Centre Hotel, Florida

Rosen Centre Hotel, located in Orlando Florida, is serving up a variety of vegan options this Thanksgiving for guests, too, except instead of dinner it is one of our favorite meals — brunch!  Most of the vegan options on the menu are their market salads, and they sound delicious! Try the chickpea and lima beans salad with heirloom tomatoes, or the roasted fingerling potato salad with sweet onions. You could also try the marinated artichoke salad with lemon and basil, or the English cucumber and heirloom tomato salad with extra virgin olive oil. Plant-based options include a specialty salad with roasted butternut squash and quinoa along with sun dried cranberries and candied walnuts. However, make sure you ask for no goat cheese before ordering this, to make it vegan. You can also order fresh fruit and berries, yeast rolls, freshly baked bread, and balsamic roasted root vegetables. If you find yourself in Binghamton, New York this Thanksgiving, head over to the DoubleTree by Hilton for their Thanksgiving feast they are dishing up some delicious sounding plant-based fair! You can try the butternut squash salad with warm cider vinaigrette, or a salad with baby lettuce greens, walnuts and dried cranberries. Make sure to ask for no goat cheese to make the salad vegan!
