Agreeing with the above comment by Simon – oils and juice isn’t technically classed as whole food. Salt I personally use but only to help season foods.
Correct me if I\’m misunderstanding the term \’whole food\’ but many of these recipe\’s aren\’t wholefood as they contain oil, juice, salt etc.
