Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz. can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup frozen edamame, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup kale, packed
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • juice of 1 1/2 lemons
  • 6 tbsp. water
  • 1 tbsp. liquid aminos, optional
  • 1 tsp. green chili sauce
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. smoked paprika
  • salt, to taste, optional

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until very smooth.
  2. Add more water by the tablespoonful, if needed.
