How to Prepare Pumpkin and Pecan Fudge [Vegan]
- Add all ingredients to a medium sized bowl and stir until well combined.
- Spread evenly in an 8 x 8 baking dish.
- Put in the freezer for 60 minutes, or until hard.
- Set out on the counter for a few minutes prior to serving to making cutting easier.
- Store in the freezer until ready to serve because they will get soft and lose their shape if left out at room temperature.
