Turmeric is a small but excellent nutrient to add to your diet. There are so many health benefits to adding in turmeric, too. The root is a part of the ginger family, but differs from it because of the curcumin it contains. Not only is turmeric an anti-inflammatory, but you can eat it and use it on your body, too. If you’re wondering how to start incorporating turmeric into your diet or just need some inspiration for some new recipes, this meal plan is for you!
