  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 teaspoon organic turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon organic Ceylon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon organic ginger
  • 1 cup plant milk
  • Optional:
  • 2 large figs
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 Brazil nuts

  1. Add all the ingredients to the bowl of your blender and process until smooth, around 1 minute.
  2. Divide into 2 glasses and enjoy cold.

Notes

You can also use 2 ripe bananas and a handful of ice cubes. You can also use fresh turmeric and ginger.
