Evidence suggests humans have been enjoying tasty toadstools since the stone age. We’re certainly showing no signs of slowing down. Not only to mushrooms provide a delicious treat they have nutritional benefits as well. Even more fascinating, mushrooms may well be instrumental in saving the honeybee population, so if you’ve got a hankering for the quirkily-shaped ingredient, we want to help you go full speed ahead.
