1. Seasonal Smoothies

You may be thinking that the cold weather isn’t the time for smoothies, but these gorgeous creations are here to prove you wrong. Using seasonal produce in your smoothies is a great way to bring these awesome treats into the winter months. For all of the following recipes, you can meal prep by cutting up and freezing your produce, and if you really want to take it to the next level, measure out any other ingredients the night before: plant-based milk can be measured and stored in the fridge in smaller containers, any spices or dry goods can be measured, mixed together and stored in a container so all you have to do for your breakfast, snack or dessert is just pour it all into the blender, blend and go!
It can be hard to get your full servings produce in the winter, but it’ll be much easier with these seasonal smoothies like Viktoria Radichkova‘s Pomegranate Beet Citrus Smoothie With Mint and Ginger that will brighten up your whole day. Get a classic cold-weather flavor in blended form with this Cinnamon Apple Smoothie from Jesse Lane Lee! Citrus is a really important element to your diet that you may be low on in the winter months, which is why you need this Winter Citrus Smoothie from Maria Llamas. Last but of course not least, one of the most well-loved flavors this time of year can be found in this Sweet Potato Pie Smoothie from Kat Condon!
