Tahini-Roasted Cauliflower With Lemony Herb Oil

Candida is a common fungus found in and on the human body.  It shows up in the mouth, on the skin, in the digestive system, and on the genitals.

It is usually harmless, but an overgrowth of this fungus can lead to a condition called candidiasis and infections can occur.

Candidiasis can become very serious, so it is not something that you should ignore if you feel you might have symptoms.  Seek medical advice immediately if you are concerned.

Though more research is needed as to the impact diet may have in preventing candida overgrowth, some dietary adjustments may help to ease symptoms.

Foods that are high in sugar, contain gluten, and cause gut inflammation such as refined cooking oils, alcohol, and caffeine should be avoided.

The good news is that there are tons of other delicious foods that you can combine to make healthy snacks and meals.

We also highly recommend downloading the Food Monster App  — with over 20,000 delicious recipes, it is the largest plant-based recipe resource to help you get healthy!
