If you have a love for both local and international flavors and enjoy practicing different cooking techniques, you can’t go wrong with Fusion cuisine. Fusion allows you to marry familiar staple ingredients with foreign ones to create new and interesting dishes. We here at One Green Planet particularly love Fusion cuisine because it prompts us to use our culinary creativity, and inspires us to take seasonal ingredients and reimagine them in interesting and innovative ways.
