Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of gluten-free bread
  • 1 avocado, halved and sliced
  • 6 slices of cucumber
  • 1/2 cup Vietnamese quick pickles
  • A sprinkle of sesame seeds

Preparation

  1. Toast your bread of choice and top it with sliced avocado.
  2. Add 3 slices of cucumber, a handful of Vietnamese quick pickles and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
