Weekly Spotlight: Plant-based Meals to Jump Start your Veganuary!

It’s nearing the time where people begin to think about the new year and what resolutions they want to set. January is a great time to start eating more plants, trying out more plant-based eating, or even going fully vegan. However, it can be intimidating to change up the foods you eat or even start eating a new way.
