This Creamy Cauliflower Penne Bake has all of that creaminess you want from baked pasta without the need for milk. This recipe doesn’t actually use any milk, non-dairy or otherwise. The cauliflower and potato make a rich sauce, which is then thickened by a roux. Nutritional yeast gives a cheesy flavor without adding any dairy. And the bread crumbs on top add a crispy finish.
This sweet Flourless Apple Cinnamon Bread is a really simple mix of healthy ingredients. The base is banana flour, which we’ll combine with a generous dose of cinnamon, date paste, applesauce, flax eggs, almond milk, and of course, apples. Soft, sweet, and full of apples and cinnamon, it’s an absolute breakfast dream on a chilly fall morning. And, it’ll make your kitchen smell like fall!

These No-Bake Protein Bounty Bars are a vegan copycat version of the classic Bounty candy bars that consist of a coconut flake filling surrounded by luscious chocolate. Not only are these homemade bars just as delicious, but they are far more nutritious too! We promise you can’t even taste the protein powder mixed into the coconut filling.
Chickpea flour is such a handy ingredient to have in the kitchen cupboard. It’s flavor is evident, yet not dominant and really pairs well with a bunch of other ingredients. These Salted Rosemary Chickpea Crackers are proof of just how delicious this little ground dried legume can be. They are a great alternative to highly refined flour crackers and are full of plant protein and amazing nutrition.

The healing homemade turmeric paste in this Healing Turmeric Golden Juice can be used in almost anything like smoothies, teas, lattes, and of course everyday cooking. There are tons of creamy sauces for plant-based eaters, but finding one without nuts is not so easy – thankfully we found this amazing Nut-Free Cheese Sauce recipe. It’s made from sweet potatoes and a tasty mixture of herbs that are blended smooth and will satisfy your craving for a cream sauce. Plus, this sauce is super versatile and can be used with almost anything.

This barbecue Fooled Pork Sandwich with Fries is an experience that needs to be had. Young jackfruit is simmered until tender and then broiled in sticky barbecue sauce, allowing it to absorb the flavor. This sandwich is topped with a creamy, crunchy coleslaw that’s a nice contract to the tender barbecue sauce-covered jackfruit. It all comes with a side of crispy oven-baked fries — why not try piling those on the sandwich, too?

These wonderfully fudgy Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownies are elevated by the decadent peanut butter swirl on top! But if you like to stay away from unhealthy desserts, have no fear. The brownies are gluten-free, refined sugar-free, and oil-free! Amazing, we know. Avocado works wonders in this recipe and helps keep the brownies as fudgy as possible while dates and maple syrup naturally sweeten.
