Maybe it’s a combination of both those things. Either way, recipes with very few ingredients are extremely convenient during these times, or whenever you’re feeling a little lazy (there’s nothing wrong with that). To help you out we put together these 10 delicious plant-based recipes with three ingredients or less from the Food Monster App!

While traditional caramel sauce is made out of caramelized sugar, this 3-Ingredient Whisk-Only Caramel Sauce from The Veginner’s Cookbook is a healthier approach, and just as delicious as the real thing. Only 3 ingredients and no heating required!
