My scenic choice is usually something deriving from or flowing to Philadelphia, either literally or conceptually, as that is where I boastfully hail from, tho not exclusively, just originally. I’m a 36 year old with a fair share of cross-country miles on me. I am also a vegan & raw foodist, bike messenger, carpenter, rigger, contrarian, husband, proud and besotted owner of both Maggie the pit bull (named for Kerouac’s first love interest) and Arlo the mutt. I am typically smirking, always thinking, reasoning, persisting, arguing, and enduring. We all know it deep down. We all feel it in our bones. Some of us won’t always admit it, but cats, as adorable, playful and amazing as they are, have a creepy streak in em’.
It’s an unavoidable fact. Ever wake up in the middle of the night to find your cat staring at you from your nightstand? Ever been there the moment the soft purring and face rubbing immediately and without warning, turns into a bite and shred-prey-with-back-legs-session?
The sudden attacks of a sock pile. The knocking things from heights just to watch them fall. And don’t even get me started on the nip-behaviors. Well, it’s no surprise that our ever observant, conscientious canine friends sometimes have a particular dislike for the freakier felines. Here are some dogs who might have skipped healthy caution and proceeded right to irrational fears.
