Tempeh Bacon Portobello Mushroom Burger [Vegan, Gluten-Free]

Ingredients
- 4 Portobello mushrooms
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup tamari
- 1 batch tempeh bacon
- 1 batch vegan aioli
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- To prep the marinade mix tamari, garlic, salt, and paper in a small bowl. Then use a pastry brush to coat the Portobello mushrooms and set them aside for a few minutes.
- Heat a large grilling pan and grill the mushrooms for 3 minutes each side.
- Now you’re ready for assembling the burger however you see fit.
