What do you do when you have just a 1/2 cup of pumpkin puree leftover looking at you sadly? Use it to make a healthy Pumpkin Smoothie! It’s a great way to get the comforting flavors of fall into a morning smoothie, and it’s also a nice change from your usual green smoothie. This smoothie is still super healthy. Pumpkin is super high in vitamins and the smoothie has 17 grams of organic plant-based protein (a complete protein with 7 g of sprouted grains, seeds, and legumes). It also provides twenty percent of fiber. Add even more extra nutrition by sprinkling some raw pumpkin seeds and hemp seeds on top. Most importantly, this healthy Pumpkin Smoothie is delicious. You might even like it more than a Pumpkin Spiced Latte!

Garden of Life Organic RAW Meal is an energy-providing, nutrient rich, snack or meal replacement powder.
Personally I would just use hemp protein powder.
