This week we’re making your life easier with slow cooker meal prep recipes that cook themselves while you run all of your holiday errands (and make lots of leftovers for the week): soups, chili and curry, sides and plant-based meat!

The best thing about all of the following recipes is how easy the prep is: you throw all the ingredients and leave them to cook in the slow cooker while you go do whatever you need to do for the day! When you come home, you’ll not only have a great dinner, but you’ll also have leftovers for lunch or dinner again during the week.
In the fall and winter seasons, nothing is better than soup. It’s warming, comforting, and you can pack it full of all kinds of awesome nutritious ingredients. Soup is also incredible versatile – you can serve it so many different ways so you’ll never get bored!
