Oat milk is trending and only gaining more and more popularity. Recently, oat milk lines have been launched by Quaker, Silk, Califia Farms, Planet Oat, and Mooala! That’s a lot of oat milk to choose from. Plant-based company, So Delicious, who make coconut milk, almond milk, and dairy-free yogurt, ice cream, mousse, and ‘cheese’ shreds are taking a different approach to the oat milk craze. They’re launching an Oatmilk Frozen Dessert!
The new So Delicious Frozen Desserts will be made with a smooth oat milk base. They’ll also all be gluten-free and non-GMO project verified. The three flavors they’ve announced on their Instagram account are Peanut Butter & Raspberry, Oatmeal Cookie, and Caramel Apple Crumble. They will be releasing more details soon!

1. Coffee Ice Cream With Salted Caramel
Need your caffeine fix in a dessert? Kimberly Espinel‘s decadent Coffee Ice Cream is made from cashews, dates, strong-brewed coffee, and a secret ingredient — sweet potatoes. But you (nor anyone else) would be able to tell. It has a rich salted caramel swirl within, but be sure to save some for drizzling on top, along with crunchy coffee beans.
2. Sweet Potato Ice Cream

This Sweet Potato Ice Cream by Emily Brees is like a summery cousin to autumn’s pumpkin pie. This creamy and decadent cashew-based ice cream is spicy and cool — nobody would ever guess that it actually contains sweet potato! A topping of pecans complements the ice cream and if you’re feeling it, add a dollop of coconut whipped cream.
