Califia Farms is Releasing an Oat Milk Line!

Califia Farms always comes up with new products to take plant-based milk to a new level. They have their almond milk barista blends, cold brews, festive holiday drinks, and probiotic drinkable yogurts. Now they’re expanding their range with a line of the latest trending dairy-free milk alternative: oat milk! Since Oatly came over to the US from Sweden, oat milk has been increasingly trending. Brands like Quaker and Silk have released their own lines of oat milk. And now, Califia Farms will do the same!

Califia Farms’ oat milk line will include an unsweetened oat milk which will launch in April 2019 and an Oat Barista Blend launching February 2019. These oat products are made with “North American whole grain, gluten free oats.” Samples of the Oat Barista Blend will be available at the Winter Fancy Food Show in San Francisco on January 13-15. The unsweetened oat milk will be available at “natural, specialty and grocery retailers” starting April 2019.
