It makes the perfect dinner centerpiece for Thanksgiving, Christmas, or any time of the year. Plus, you can put the whole thing together in just 45 minutes. Start off by using a wide bottom pan, on high heat, and add a tbsp of oil. Add your favorite type of mushrooms, spices, herbs, salt, wine, and all your veggies. While this is cooking, they prepare whole-meal couscous. For the creamy vegan sauce, in a separate pan, they add oil, sifted white flour, salt, garlic powder, and oat milk. Bring to a boil until the sauce thickens. Pour the creamy sauce over your vegetable mixture, and mix together. Then, add in some of the couscous on top, and pour the mixture into round oven-safe containers. Cut your vegan store-bought pastry sheet and place it on top of the containers, and brush the top of the pastry with oat milk before baking for 20 mins.
