How to Prepare Southwestern Quinoa-Stuffed Tomatoes [Vegan]
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook the quinoa according to package instructions. While the quinoa is cooking, slice the tops off the tomatoes and hollow out the insides. Set aside.
