Chia Seeds
Any thoughts about adding hemp seeds for more protein? I\’m not very familiar with them, do they get goopy or do they stay in the same seed like state when put in water?
They wouldn’t get goopy. Perhaps a little soggy.
How many servings is this
I\’ve made this once with blueberries and once with strawberries. It is a super good recipe. Thank you for sharing!
