How to Prepare Apple Cider Protein Doughnuts [Vegan, Gluten-Free]
- Whisk dry ingredients together and set aside.
- Add the wet ingredients to a small saucepan and whisk together until combined. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Add the dry and wet ingredients to your stand mixer or bowl and blend with a mixer. Avoid over-mixing.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Spray your mini doughnut pan, take a meatball-sized amount of dough, and press it into the pan.
- Bake for about 14-16 minutes or until golden and springy when you push on the doughnut.
- Remove and let cool for about 3-4 minutes. In the meantime, prep your toppings.
- First, dip your doughnuts in the melted oil and then dip them in the cinnamon mixture. Consume immediately.
