All you need is chickpeas, chickpea flour (or any other flour), vital wheat gluten, water, soy sauce, salt, mustard, and some garlic powder. Blend that all up in a food processor until it forms a rough dough. Take it out and kneed it before rolling it out into a long log. Once it’s long, take it and twist it, then tie it in a knot. Add the knot to boiling vegetable broth and let it simmer. After it cools down, you can take the knot and tear it into bite-sized pieces. Easy, right?
