How to Prepare Chocolate Chip Granola Bites
- To toast coconut place it on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and bake for 3-5 minutes at 350 degrees or until it begins to brown. Watch it closely to avoid burning.
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl with your hands until the mixture becomes very sticky. Form small balls and serve. Can also be stored in the fridge and served chilled.



I think they might need more nut butter. I used peanut butter and they would not hold together.
