Another day, another big brand introducing a vegan product! Broadland Wineries is an established international wine supplier and producer but in the UK, it’s releasing a new, totally plant-based wine brand called Proudly Vegan. This isn’t the first vegan wine to be introduced to the public, but it is the first cruelty-free wine.

The new brand released two types: a Merlot and a Sauvignon Blanc. Dr. Atbella Woodrow, Broadland’s MW, said, “We wanted vegans to be able to buy great tasting wine with the confidence that every element is 100% vegan. There is no need for vegans to miss out on good quality wine, and Proudly Vegan fills that gap. The bold Proudly Vegan branding, with clear labeling, will also help consumers find that they want easily in the store instead of having to scrutinize every label to make sure.”

With clear marketing and honest ingredients, vegan wine enthusiasts won’t have to questions what they’re drinking and can, just like any other wine lover, simply enjoy a glass of Merlot after a stressful workday. Lucky for us, additional flavors will be coming in the next few months. The best part? These delicious wines will be under $15!
