What if you could prevent or reverse chronic diseases such as cancer, heart disease, stroke, diabetes, obesity, hypertension, and arthritis … simply by changing what you eat? Feature length documentary Eating You Alive asks that exact question. Despite all of the medical research, drugs, and innovative technology available nowadays designed to improve health, more Americans are disabled and dying from chronic diseases than ever before. But it doesn’t have to be this way.
By taking a scientific look at the reasons why Americans are so sick and who is responsible for the propaganda that is feeding us misleading information about meat and dairy, Eating You Alive comes to one simple conclusion: a whole-foods, plant-based diet can prevent or reverse a number of diet-related diseases, allowing us to take back our health.
The documentary features doctors, members of the Hollywood elite, and gourmet chefs who all have found that a plant-based diet has the power to change our health, as well as help the environment and save countless animals. Familiar faces such as Samuel L. Jackson, James Cameron, Suzy Amis Cameron, and even Beyoncé and Jay-Z‘s exercise physiologist Marco Borges lend their voices to this important cause.

Eating You Alive will ONLY be in theaters for one night on April 5th so don’t miss out! If you can’t make a screening on April 5th, the documentary will be available in other viewing formats about 30 days after the screening date, so keep an eye out via the Eating You Alive website, Facebook page, Twitter, and Instagram.
We all have the power to create a better future for our children, and the countless animals we share the planet with, by making one easy swap. If you’re ready to start doing this in your own life, check out the #EatForThePlanet book.
