A woman in Southeast Texas allegedly operated a so-called dog rescue that was anything but. Authorities discovered dogs crammed into stacked kennels with no food, no water, and no flooring between crates. A mama dog and her puppies were found living in overflow feces. Outside, decomposing remains were packed into bags and coolers. Around 100 animals are allegedly dead.
