Dog Comes Home from Daycare with Report Card!

Dog daycare has become a thriving industry in the United States, and pet owners across the country are increasingly relying on these facilities to ensure their furry friends are well cared for. Jennifer Gregory recently took to TikTok to share her heartwarming experience with Peninsula Pups, a dog daycare in Erie, Pennsylvania.

Jennifer’s dog, Olive, had been asked to bring a backpack to daycare so that the staff could “put notes in it.” Excited about receiving feedback on Olive’s progress, Gregory complied with the request.

Gregory had high hopes when she discovered the report card that Olive had brought home from daycare. Olive attended daycare not for the need to burn off energy but for the joy of social interactions. She was thrilled to find that Olive adored the daycare, evident from the report card’s glowing comments.

According to the report card, Olive was hailed as the “most bestest girl ever” and possessed an incredible “wiggle butt for wiggle butt Wednesday.” It commended Olive for being a good listener and kind to her fellow students. Overjoyed with the report card, Gregory expressed her gratitude to Peninsula Pups for their thoughtful gesture, recognizing it as an act of kindness. Viewers of the TikTok video shared Jennifer’s appreciation for the report, leaving comments and over 24,000 likes.

Olive’s journey to her current happy home has been remarkable. Adopted through Grey-Save of Northwestern Pennsylvania four years ago, Olive was once a racing dog at a casino dog track in West Virginia. Since then, she has transformed into a loving and gentle companion, cherishing naps, peanut butter, and social interactions with both humans and other dogs.

In Olive’s case, it is clear that she has found a second home at Peninsula Pups, where she receives the love and attention that she deserves. For Jennifer and Olive, this report card is not just a token of appreciation; it is a testament to the caring and nurturing environment provided by the daycare staff.
