Cat Plays Dead to Trick Dog Who Tries to Save Her

A hilarious video of a cat and dog has gone viral on TikTok, showing the golden retriever trying to “resuscitate” his cat friend while the cat “plays dead.”

The dog, named Q, can be seen looking visibly concerned and nudging the cat and pushing the tabby cat to try to get her to wake up.

“And the Oscar goes to!” one user commented.

The grey cat continues to play dead, and the retriever whines and is very concerned about his furry friend. The retriever finally gives up and walks to the camera, and the cat immediately gets up, stretches, and walks off.

The video has been viewed over 1.7 million times and the biography describes Q as a “certified search and rescue, hunting, and therapy dog.”
