Yogurt Power Bowl [Vegan]

  • 1 cup nondairy yogurt, such as coconut yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate or vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 1 medium banana, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter, or nut/seed butter of choice
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • Protein or granola bar, cut into chunks, optional


  1. Stir together the yogurt, protein powder and flaxseed until smooth. Pour into a bowl and top with the banana, peanut butter, hemp seeds, and bar. Enjoy!
