Yogurt Power Bowl [Vegan]
- 1 cup nondairy yogurt, such as coconut yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chocolate or vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 1 medium banana, sliced
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter, or nut/seed butter of choice
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- Protein or granola bar, cut into chunks, optional
- Stir together the yogurt, protein powder and flaxseed until smooth. Pour into a bowl and top with the banana, peanut butter, hemp seeds, and bar. Enjoy!
