This smoothie is fantastic when you are craving something sweet in the afternoon.
Vanilla Caramel Smoothie [Vegan]
- 2 cups of almond milk
- 2 cups purified water
- 3 frozen banana
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup date paste
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Soak 3/4 cup of dates (pipped), in 1/4 cup warm water for 15 minutes.
- Blend dates and water from soaked dates in mini prep, until a paste is formed.
- Pour almond milk into vitamix, add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth consistency.
- Cinnamon and a sprinkle of vanilla pod.
