Ingredients

  • 2 cups of almond milk
  • 2 cups purified water
  • 3 frozen banana
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup date paste
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation

Date Paste
  1. Soak 3/4 cup of dates (pipped), in 1/4 cup warm water for 15 minutes.
  2. Blend dates and water from soaked dates in mini prep, until a paste is formed.
Smoothie
  1. Pour almond milk into vitamix, add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth consistency.
Garnish
  1. Cinnamon and a sprinkle of vanilla pod.
