For the Avocado Boats:

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tablespoons of your favorite dip or vegan pâté

Optional Toppings:

  • Micro herbs
  • Sprouts
  • Chili flakes
  • Beet powder
  • Sesame seeds
  • Nigella seeds
  • Flower petals
  • Dukkah


  1. Simply cut your avocado in half and remove the pip.
  2. Scoop your dip into the center and then decorate the sides of the avocado with your favorite toppings.
