Sesame Citrus Dressing [Vegan, Gluten-Free]
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1 orange, peeled, seeds removed
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
- If dressing is too thick, slowly add water until desired consistency is reached.
