  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1 orange, peeled, seeds removed
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
  2. If dressing is too thick, slowly add water until desired consistency is reached.
