How to Prepare Rum and Cashew Cream Tiramisu [Vegan]

    To Prep the Ingredients:

    1. Prepare strong coffee. If you’ll have kids to have the dessert, boil the alcohol out of the rum before you mix it into the coffee or use rum essence.
    2. Break the cookies into smaller pieces with your hands.
    3. In a food processor, blend cashews, water, lemon juice, salt, and agave nectar into a smooth mixture.
    4. Pour the excess water out of the tofu package. Whip together the tofu and cashew cream.
    5. Take three dessert bowls or glasses. Start compiling the tiramisu.

    To Make the Tiramisu:

    1. Moisten the crumbled cookies with the coffee and rum mixture and press into the bottom of each cup. Don't use it all, as you'll need the cookie crumbles for another layer.
    2. Add a layer of tofu and cashew cream.
    3. Add another layer of cookies, then another layer of cashew cream.
    4. Sprinkle raw cacao powder on top. Let it sit in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours. You can eat it sooner, but the longer it sits, the better it tastes.
