This remoulade sauce is the perfect garnish for almost any dish, plus it's super easy to make. Just put your vegan mayo into a blender or food processor with the herbs and spices and mix everything together. Voila – remoulade.
Remoulade Sauce [Vegan, Gluten-Free]
- 1 cup vegan mayonnaise
- 2 scallions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 3 tablespoons Creole mustard
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon ground Cayenne pepper
- Add all the ingredients in a food processor and mix.
