How to Prepare Red Lentil Fritters With Cucumber Yogurt Sauce [Vegan, Gluten-Free]
For the Fritters:

- Drain the lentils well, crush them and mix well with the other ingredients.
- Form balls with your hands and fry them in hot oil.
For the Sauce:
- Mix the ingredients well. Serve the balls with the sauce, salad, rice, etc.
