Ingredients

For the Fritters:

  • 1 cup red lentils
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander seeds
  • salt

For the sauce: 

  • 1 plant-based yogurt
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/2 bunch of dill

Preparation

For the Fritters:

  1. Let the lentils soak overnight or at least 8 hours before cooking.
  2. Drain the lentils well, crush them and mix well with the other ingredients.
  3. Form balls with your hands and fry them in hot oil.
