Another version of celery - this time with a kick. This pickled celery is quick to prepare and couples well with a variety of dishes. And the best part? It is so simple to make and even more delicious to eat.
Pickled Celery [Vegan]
- Bunch of celery
- Garlic head
- 1 teaspoon of red pepper
- Basic brine: 1 liter of water + 1 tablespoon of salt
- Stalk the celery stems, wash and cut off the ends. Then cut into small pieces.
- Fill the jar with celery and garlic cloves. Add the peppercorns and pour in cool brine.
- Make sure the contents of the jar are mixed and store.
When the water is slightly cloudy, the celery is ready to eat, which is about 3-4 days.
