Ingredients

  • Bunch of celery
  • Garlic head
  • 1 teaspoon of red pepper
  • Basic brine: 1 liter of water + 1 tablespoon of salt

Preparation

  1. Stalk the celery stems, wash and cut off the ends. Then cut into small pieces.
  2. Fill the jar with celery and garlic cloves. Add the peppercorns and pour in cool brine.
  3. Make sure the contents of the jar are mixed and store.

Notes

When the water is slightly cloudy, the celery is ready to eat, which is about 3-4 days.
