  • juice of 3 lemons
  • 5 drops essential oil

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF
  2. In a small bowl, beat the sugar, vanilla, butter
  3. In another bowl add the flour and then the beaten mixture
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients
  5. Mix and roll into balls
