How to Prepare Healthy Pear and Pecan Brownie [Vegan, Gluten-Free]
- Preheat the oven to 360°F.
- Whisk the silk tofu with the coconut sugar. Add the raw cocoa, baking soda, and the cinnamon.
- Stir in the dark chocolate chips.
- Chop the dark chocolate and melt it in a bain-marie with coconut oil.
- Add the melted chocolate to the dough then mix in the flour.
- Chop half of the pecans and add to the dough.
- Grease the mold with coconut oil. Pour the dough.
- Peel the pear and cut into slices. Arrange the slices on top and put the rest of the pecans.
- Bake for 18 minutes and let cool completely. Leave to rest at least 10 hours before tasting.
