Ingredients

For the Burger:

  • Spelt seed bun
  • 3/4-inch thick pineapple slice, peeled and grilled
  • 1 banana, sliced lengthwise and grilled
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 3 strawberries
  • 1/2 cup of mint
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • Vegan caramel

For the Homemade Chocolate Sauce:

  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon agave nectar
  • 1 teaspoon cacao powder

Preparation

  1. Slice and prepare all your fruit of choice.
  2. Slice your bun in half, set aside.
  3. Combine all three ingredients for the chocolate sauce and set aside.
  4. Heat a large pan, and add 1 teaspoon coconut oil. Add your banana and pineapple. Let it grill on each side for about 5 minutes.
  5. Remove fruit and now add your bun to the pan.
  6. Grill buns and assemble burgers to your liking.
