Ingredients

  • 2 cups of millet
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • About 7 ounces beans
  • Fresh mint
  • 2 ripe tomatoes
  • 1 cup goji berries
  • 1/2 Spanish onion
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Preparation

  1. Cook the millet in filtered water (1 cup millet/3cups water)
  2. Cook the beans (about 7 min in boiling water should be good)
  3. Dice the tomatoes, the mint and the Spanish Onion
  4. Mix everything in a salad bowl with the lemon juice
  5. Serve with avocado slices
