  • 5 peaches
  • 4.4 ounces soy yogurt, plain or vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon rice malt

How to Prepare Fresh Peach Gelato [Vegan, Gluten-Free]

  1. Wash and dry the peaches. Cut into pieces while maintaining the peel and place them in the freezer for about 6 hours.
  2. Put the yogurt in the freezer as well.
  3. Place the peaches in a blender blend to reduce into a paste. Add the yogurt and malt if using. Operate until the mixture is creamy. Serve immediately or store in the freezer and stir every hour to keep it creamy. You can also pass it to the mixer just before serving if it solidifies.
