Flourless Bread [Vegan]

Cooking Time



  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 3/4 cup sunflower seed
  • 3/4 cup linseed
  • 1/2 cup sesame
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seed
  • 4 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 8 tablespoons psyllium
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup
  • 6 teaspoon olive oil
  • 3 cups of warm water


  1. Grind all the ingredients.
  2. Put them in a bowl and mix.
  3. In a bowl mix the oil with agave and pour it into the dry ingredients.
  4. Slowly pour the water in and stir carefully.
  5. Empty the mixture into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 390°F for about 45 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Enjoy!
