This flourless bread is as softly textured and as flavorful as any bread with gluten! It is also simple enough to make and bound to be a hit with all your friends and family - gluten free or not!

Ingredients
- 2 cups oats
- 1 3/4 cup sunflower seed
- 3/4 cup linseed
- 1/2 cup sesame
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seed
- 4 teaspoons chia seeds
- 8 tablespoons psyllium
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons agave syrup
- 6 teaspoon olive oil
- 3 cups of warm water
Preparation
- Grind all the ingredients.
- Put them in a bowl and mix.
- In a bowl mix the oil with agave and pour it into the dry ingredients.
- Slowly pour the water in and stir carefully.
- Empty the mixture into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 390°F for about 45 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Enjoy!
