    • 10 to 12 pitted Medjool dates, or any soft variety
    • 1/2 cup (70 g) unsalted raw unsalted cashews, plus more for serving
    • 1 1/2 cups (360 ml) unsweetened plant-based milk of choice
    • 2 to 3 ice cubes
    • 4 tablespoons (60 ml) cashew cream, divided or use any variety of unsweetened dairy-free cream
    • Date syrup, for serving, optional

    How to Prepare Filling Khajur-Kāju Smoothie [Vegan]

    1. In a blender, combine the dates, cashews, milk and ice cubes, and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into glasses, and top each glass with 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of the cashew cream.
    2. Serve with date syrup, if using, and some cashews.
